                  Services of Worship

Our services are held on the first, third and last Sundays in each month.

The first and third are traditional services lasting an hour,  with hymns, readings, prayers and an address. On the last Sunday of the month we have a 'Quiet Service' - with recorded music, words and moments of silence. This lasts from 30 to 40 minutes.

                                          Activities

We have a number of activities with monthly meetings:

a business meeting when the members discuss matters concerning the organisation of the Chapel. The Chapel is autonomous and each full member is allowed to speak and vote. Non-members are allowed to speak but not vote.

a social evening on the first Saturday of the month at 7-30pm.

a Poetry Group.

a  Women's League which meets on the second Tuesday at 2-30pm in the schoolroom

a Discussion Group which meets once a month.

Our monthly Quiet Services are followed by a pub lunch.

Outings are organised as well as a weekend stay at our holiday centre at Great Hucklow in Derbyshire.
